Ardo Panian is the Founder and Senior IT Consultant of Aviar IT Solutions, LLC, where he specializes in delivering modern, secure, and compliance-ready technology solutions for fast-growth and regulated organizations. With more than two decades of hands-on experience spanning IT operations, Microsoft cloud environments, cybersecurity, and systems administration, Ardo is known for transforming fragmented infrastructures into scalable, well-governed ecosystems that support both operational efficiency and regulatory readiness.
Ardo has a deep background supporting scientific, biotech, and startup environments helping organizations build strong IT foundations from day one. His expertise includes Microsoft 365 architecture, identity and access management, ISO 27001 readiness, cloud security, device management, endpoint protection, and the development of IT governance programs tailored to small and mid-sized businesses. He also has extensive experience delivering technology solutions in the commercial real estate and asset-management sector, as well as supporting enterprise software environments where he contributed to data center operations, high-availability systems, and infrastructure reliability.
After many years working within organizations where sales targets often outweighed engineering quality and client support, Ardo founded Aviar IT Solutions with a different philosophy. His goal was to build a company that prioritizes technical excellence, transparent communication, and long-term client relationships where success is measured by outcomes and customer satisfaction rather than quotas. This client-first approach includes a commitment to accountability and flexibility, offering clients the confidence that if expectations are not met, they have the ability to change direction without barriers.

Outside of his professional work, Ardo enjoys spending time in nature, particularly in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region, and has a passion for working on cars offering a hands-on, mechanical balance to his technology-focused career.
